What does full service mean?
One of our licensed agents will be working to sell your home from the time we list your home until your home sells and beyond. Just because your home is sold doesn’t mean we won’t still be there for all you real estate needs.
Does SBC Realty Group, LLC provide professional photos?
Yes, we hire a professional photographer to take pictures of your home to ensure your home is presented in the best possible light. Paying attention to details such as this allows us to focus on what is most important and what we do best, Selling Your Home!

Yes we do! Our agents work with buyers and sellers.
Will my home be listed on the MLS and Zillow?
Yes, we list your property on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com and over 100 more!
Does SBC Realty Group, LLC work with agents from other real estate brokerages?
Of course, we want your home to sell. So we encourage other agents to bring any buyers they have to look at your home.
Is SBC Realty Group, LLC a local licensed real estate brokerage?
Yes, our brokerage is licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. All of our agents are licensed by the State of Louisiana and members of the Local and National Association of Realtors.
How is SBC Realty Group, LLC different from other low listing fee brokerages?
We are licensed agents that work with you through the entire process. We don’t just list your home and put a sign in the yard while you do the work, we are a full service company. At SBC Realty Group, LLC you get all the benefits of a traditional real estate brokerage, just without all the extra fees! We are also not one of those internet companies that charges upfront fees to just list your home on the MLS and forget about you or send random agents from different companies to your house that charge add-ons, thereby significantly increasing the listing fees!
